What We Do

  • Virtual triage provides injury guidance and advisory of escalation of care as necessary, mitigates claim costs, and allows for immediate implementation of appropriate modified duties. This services provides immediate HIPAA-compliant reporting, and is available 24/7 for urgent cases. More info

  • Full support for injured workers, managing modified duties and coordinating with the client’s claim team to ensure a smooth return to work. Using best medical practices, we advise on reassessments, dispute WCB recommendations, and provide ongoing support to both the worker and the HSE team to reduce claim costs. More Info

  • We provide consulting services regarding WCB claims. This includes disputing the acceptance of a claim, claim management in a way that mitigates claim cost, and cost relief. More info

  • Baron Health & Safety Consultants collaborates with your company to create site-specific policies and programs, such as Naloxone or Fit for Duty policies, and assist with training rollouts for competency. We also develop company-wide policies like Mental Health and Respectful Workplace Policies, or a development of a Mental Wellness Program. As appropriate, the policies and programs will align with OH&S legislation. More info

  • We provide fully trained, on-site medical professionals that provide services tailored to your company's site-specific needs, with clearly aligned expectations as set forth by management and your Health and Safety team. Closely overseen by Baron’s Director of Healthcare Services, the medical professionals also offer injury prevention awareness and support injured workers' rehabilitation for a smooth return to work.
